Services

Insulated trays are individually prepared and delivered by volunteers Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.

Each meal delivery contains two complete, nutritious meals – one hot and one cold. Meals are provided alternately by a local grocery store and a Philadelphia based food supplier. Clients pay only $8 per day. Sweet treats, fruit, and juice are also provided when available. Recipients have the option of receiving a meal every delivery day, or just a few days a week as needed.

Volunteers provide daily smiles and personal contact for those who may be homebound, with limited outside connections. Though intangible, this is a key service that helps support the mental and spiritual well-being of our recipients.

Meals on Wheels of Central Bucks serves the communities of Doylestown, Hilltown, Dublin, Bedminster, Tinicum, Doylestown, New Britain, Plumstead, Chalfont, Warrington, Warwick, Warminster, Buckingham, New Hope, Solebury, Nockamixon, Jamison, Hilltown and Ottsville.
