Help those in need retain their independence, dignity, and the ability to remain in their own homes.
We need your help to keep our most vulnerable citizens in their homes.
We receive no federal, state or local government funding. Your contribution will help make a difference.
We deliver fresh, individually prepared, nutritious meals to members of our community who are seniors, handicapped, or otherwise challenged to provide their own food.
Established in 1972, we have delivered over 1 million meals to date, enabling countless individuals to remain in their homes when they otherwise couldn’t have.
We rely on a generous and dedicated team of volunteers to fulfill our mission. Whether driving or preparing meals, we always welcome and encourage new volunteers.
HOT MEALS SUSPENDED TEMPORARILY
Due to the rising number of COVID cases in Bucks County, Central Bucks Meals on Wheels is suspending all hot meal delivery services effective immediately. We will reassess in mid-January. Currently, we can provide up to 5 frozen meals per week (delivered on Mondays) using a non-contact delivery procedure. The safety and health of our clients, staff, and volunteers is of the utmost importance to us and we look forward to delivering hot meals once we feel that it is safe to do so.
For the safey of out volunteers, we ask that you call Meals on Wheels at 215-345-6065 if you suspect you are ill with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience as we try to navigate our new normal. If you know of anyone who may need our services, please call us at (215) 345-6065. We are here to help. You may also donate to Central Bucks Meals on Wheels at CBmealsonwheels.org/donate/
Thank you. We are all in this together.
